solid experience, small hiccups

friendly staff tranquil ambience wonderful spa

i found the staff very friendly, especially in the restaurant and during happy hour. the artistic landscaping created a tranquil feel across the grounds. i thought the spa offered a wonderful experience, very serene and relaxing. the happy hour was good with well-made drinks.

the room, while nice, had doors everywhere, felt a little much.

The restaurant is next to the pool and big trees create a nice scenery. The breakfast menu offers dishes that are better than a buffet. Strawberries served are the best ever.

A shuttle runs to the city center. Rental scooters are available and are a good price with decent performance. I note that the staff said that calling grab or gojek is not possible here.

The room had nice cosmetics and complimentary bottled water, i also received complimentary afternoon tea, a very nice touch. The environment in the room felt very calm, a real jungle feeling.

their attention to detail enhanced my stay. the room featured a blend of comfort and charm. i appreciated the lush jungle views from my room each morning.

The pool could use a bit of refreshing to maintain the luxury aesthetic. It felt slightly worn.

friendly staff spacious bathroom remote location slow breakfast service

i really liked the staff. they were so friendly and helpful! my room, a beautiful suite balcony, was also very clean. the air conditioning worked perfectly. the bathroom was spacious and well-equipped.

the location was a bit remote. it made getting taxis a bit difficult. online taxis could not come directly to the hotel. breakfast service was slow. sometimes, it took a long time to get our orders.
